§ 1 Scope & defense clause
(1) For those on the Internet shop justified legal relations between the operator of the shop (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers are subject to the following terms and conditions in the current version at the time of ordering.

(2) Different Terms and Conditions of the customer will be rejected. These are only effective if they are supported by the provider in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the goods on the Internet-shop is not a binding offer of the provider to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is thus simply to place an order through a bid.

(2) By sending the order via the Internet shop the customer gives a binding offer directed at the conclusion of a sale of the goods contained in the basket. By sending the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions as for the legal relationship with the provider alone played a major part.

(3) The provider shall acknowledge receipt of the customers order by sending a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is not yet accepting the contract offer by the provider. It merely serves to inform the customer that the provider received th order. The declaration of acceptance of the offer made by the delivery of the goods or an explicit declaration of acceptance.

§ 3 Right to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB

Revocation:
You may cancel your contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins earliest with receipt of this instruction. In order to safeguard the withdrawal period is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the thing. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences:

The right does not apply to distance contracts
• for the delivering of goods, according to customer specifications or clearly personalized or tailored on the basis of their nature not return for a suitable or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,
• for the delivering of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer or
• for the delivering of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

§ 4 Due date and payment
As payment methods we offer bank transfer or Paypal to. All payments must be made in advance. When paying with Paypal fees to fall further. Please note here the link in the box to the left. All transfers must be done in Euros (€). Fees for incorrect currencies are not handled by us and may the customer be billed.

In the case of payment "in advance/prepaid" the purchase contract will be estabilished by the transmission of the order trough the customer and the sending of the payment notice trough the provider. If moment of collapse records is not able to accept the order, the customer will be informed of the non-availability. Compensation already paid by the customer will be promptly refunded.

With access to the prepayment request, the order has been pad within 30 days. If payment is not made within that period, the provider is legalized to cancel the order. The customer is then no longer eligible, the products purchased.

In accordance with §19 (1) UStG, all prices are VAT free and are therefore also shown without tax.

§ 5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods will remain of the property of the provideruntil full payment.

§ 6 Warranty
Product images may differ from appearance of the delivered products differ, particularly with regard to color and size. Such variations are not considered a defect. This provision applies particularly to merchandise products, which are handcrafted. The delivered goods shall be deemed to be in accordance with the contract, if the delivered items are the shown goods. Is the product defective, moment of collapse records is allowed to choose within a reasonable time either the eliminate the shortcomings or make a replacement delivery. If the remedial even after the second complaint is not or is no replacement within a period of four weeks from the date of complaint, then the customer has the option to get the money back or a reduction in the purchase price. § 7 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions may be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
